Add Prerequisites

I would like to have a property under "Extras" called "Prerequisite" where I can choose another node, or even another MindMap that must be accomplished before the selected node. This would help when exporting to Gantt charts (another request of mine I submitted to Support) and Timelines (Yet another request).
The rules for prerequisites would be the following:
- A node can have a prerequisite that is any of its siblings, or any node outside its own tree. A node cannot be a prerequisite to its own parent or grandparent, but it can come before a sibling just as I came before my younger sister.
- No infinite loops: Node X cannot be the prerequisite to Node Y if Node Y is already a prerequisite to Node X.

It would be great if this were implemented with the ability to "tab through" the sequence in consecutive order.
This is quite a specific requirement and is currently not planned.
Well gee, if I made it less specific would that help? Here: "Prerequisites would be great"
(I am not sure why the specificity of how I wrote up this request would prevent it from being a feature that you'd consider. And since this did garner at least one "me too" obviously it's not a unique desire on my part.)
