To enable real-time synchronization in MindMeister's iOS app, go to your app's dashboard and then tap on your user avatar in the top-left corner of the screen to open Settings.

In Settings, flip the switch next to Real Time Sync.

You will now be able to brainstorm and collaborate in real-time with other users who are accessing the mind map from their own devices.
