Refund Policy

Meister is committed to a fair billing policy in line with our Terms of Service. As such, customers are entitled to full refunds exclusively under one of the following conditions:

  • Customer is not a Business Customer

  • The refund request is received within 14 days of the original purchase (not applicable to renewals and upgrading the existing subscription).

  • Meister has terminated the contract for an "important reason", as defined in our Terms of Service (Para. 14.3).

Mobile Subscriptions

MeisterLabs cannot directly manage subscriptions purchased via the App Store or Google Play Store. If you'd like to request a refund for a mobile subscription, please reach out to Apple Support or Google Play Support.

If you have a dedicated Success Manager and would like to cancel your contract, please reach out to our Accounts team.

If you don't have a dedicated Manager and are having trouble cancelling your subscription, reach out to MindMeister Support.
