Why am I getting "access denied" on an invitation?

Please make sure you aren't using multiple accounts on MindMeister.

You will receive "access denied" if you try to access a map from an invitation email was not shared with your MindMeister account. The mind map has to be shared with the email address of your standard MindMeister account.
