iOS synchronisation issues

If you're experiencing issues with synchronizing your mind maps between your web account and iOS account, please try the following:

Method 1. Open the same mind map on a desktop device. Make a few changes and open it now on iOS to see if the changes are reflected, and if it starts synchronizing. 

Method 2. Make sure you're using the latest version of our app. If this doesn't help please try step 3. 

Method 3. If you tried method 1 and 2 and the sync issue persists, the only solution would be to log out and log in again from your mobile device. This usually solves the problem, but you will lose all unsaved changes you made on iOS, so please only follow this method, if the changes from iOS are small, and you can afford writing them again.
