Billing and Payment Settings can only be managed by Team Administrators
You can change your payment method, edit your billing address and view your invoices in the Billing section of the accounts page.
Add or Change Your Payment Method
You can add or edit your payment methods from the Billing section of the accounts page. Meister currently only accepts payment by card or via PayPal.
- Click your user avatar in the top-right corner of the MindMeister interface.
- Select Account from the drop-down menu.
- Click Billing on the left side of the accounts page.
- Click Add a payment method.
-or- - Click the pen icon next to an existing payment method to edit it.
- Choose whether you'd like to pay by card or via PayPal.
- Enter your billing information and click Save.
Payment Methods
Your Meister products are billed separately. As such, you can choose a unique payment method for each product you currently own licenses for.
Edit Your Billing Address
Your billing address can be edited in the Billing section of the accounts page.
- Click your user avatar in the top-right corner of the MindMeister interface.
- Select Account from the drop-down menu.
- Click Billing on the left side of the accounts page.
- Click the Billing Address tab.
- Enter your billing address and click Save Changes.
Change Your Billing Cycle
MindMeister users can choose between a semi-annual or annual billing cycle. To change your billing cycle:
- Click your user avatar in the top-right corner of the MindMeister interface.
- Select Account from the drop-down menu.
- Click Plans on the left side of the accounts page.
- Click one of the Edit buttons under MindMeister.
- Click your current billing cycle (Billed annually or Billed semi-annually.).
- Select a new billing cycle from the drop-down menu.
- Click Update.
Your new billing cycle will take effect at the end of the current license period.
Product Billing Cycles
Certain billing cycles are not available for all products. For example, MindMeister may be billed semi-annually or annually, whereas MeisterTask may only be billed monthly or annually.
View Your Invoices
You can access and download all of your invoices in the Invoices section of the Billing page.
- Click your user avatar in the top-right corner of the MindMeister interface.
- Select Account from the drop-down menu.
- Click Billing on the left side of the accounts page.
- Click the Invoices tab.
- Your invoices for each product are displayed and organized by date. Click on any invoice to download it as a pdf.
Cancel Your Subscription
You can cancel your subscription to any Meister Product from the Plans section of the accounts page. Canceling your subscription will downgrade your licenses to the free Basic plan at the end of your next license period.
- Click your user avatar in the top-right corner of the MindMeister interface.
- Select Account from the drop-down menu.
- Click Plans on the left side of the accounts page.
- Click cancel your subscription on the bottom of your screen.
- Click downgrade in the next window to confirm your decision. Your cancelation will take effect at the end of the current license period.
