If a user downgrades from a paid plan to a Basic plan:

• Private mind maps remain private. They are not automatically converted into team mind maps.

• However, these maps become inaccessible (greyed out) under the Basic plan.

• To regain access, a Content Manager must convert the private mind maps into team maps.
