How to enable trial:

Once you have an account and log in the MindMeister App on your iOS device you will be prompted with a message to trial the paid Pro plan for 7 days.

If you want to stay on the basic free plan tap on the “X” in the top right.

Note: After these 7 days trial, the subscription will automatically be moved to a paid subscription, unless you cancel it.

 

How to view, change or cancel iTunes subscriptions:

Please note that due to Apple’s security policy, MeisterLabs is unable to refund or cancel subscriptions managed through iTunes.

iOS license limitation:

Please note that through iOS you are not able to create a team as you are only allowed to purchase one license.

If you want to create a team and purchase more licenses please make the purchase directly through our site.  

 

Limitations when accessing account with an active iOS plan on the web browser

When you have an active iOS subscription you can still access your account on web browsers and continue working on your MindMaps.

The first thing to notice will be the Billing page, you will see information from iTunes regarding the subscription:

If you have an active subscription through iTunes you will not be able to upgrade, downgrade, cancel or purchase another license through the MindMeister site.

You will receive the message that the subscription was created via iOS and can only be changed or canceled through the iOS store.

If you want to continue with the basic free plan tap on the option “No thanks, continue with the free plan”.

 

How to cancel or refund Google Play Store subscriptions:

Google Play Store subscriptions can be canceled and refunded by contacting us directly.

 

Google Play Store license limitation:
