How Do I Grant Support Access to My Account?

Individual users and team admins can grant support access to their account.

To fix certain issues, you may need to grant Meister's Customer Success team access to your account(s). Once the Customer Success team has support access, they will be able to view and resolve reported issues directly from your account.

Why Enable Support Access?

Certain issues, such as new or unique bugs, require a closer look from our Customer Success Team. By using your account “as you,” our team can identify and solve problems faster.

You can grant support access for your own account (if you are an individual user), or your team’s accounts (if you are a team admin). If you are a team admin, granting support access will allow the Meister Customer Success team to access any account in your team. You do not need to set permissions for each user account separately.

Important

Support access is granted in accordance with statutory data privacy regulations. This ensures that any information or files in your account remain confidential and are not sent to third parties. No one at Meister may log in to your account or your team’s accounts without this explicit permission and may only do so for the duration of the access you select.

Only grant support access if a Meister Customer Success agent asks you to do so.

You can grant support access to your account (and set a time limit for support access) from the Accounts page.
