When reaching out to support, be sure to use the e-mail address registered to your Meister Account! Otherwise, a response to your request may be delayed.

To contact MindMeister Support:

Sign in to MindMeister.
Click on your avatar in the top-right corner.
Click Account.
Select Contact Us from the navigation.
Click Meister Support to start a chat.
Our Support Bot will try to assist with your inquiry.
If you still need help, complete the chat with the bot by communicating that the issue is not resolved. If the bot cannot resolve your issue, it will provide a support form for you to fill out and reach our Support Team per E-Mail.
