Delete your account (MeisterTask & MindMeister Basic plan)

Who can use this feature?

- This feature is available to users with a Basic plan.
- Users on a Personal, Pro or Business plan can find information here on how to delete their account.

 

How to delete your account if you use both MindMeister and MeisterTask and are on a Basic plan:

  1. Go to the Accounts area under Plans. Here, you’ll see all the tools you’re using.
  2. Select Cancel Subscription below the tool.
  3. Fill out the form and choose an option (you may need to choose a sub-option).
  4. Click Close account.
  5. Click OK.

You have now successfully cancelled your MindMeister Basic subscription. To delete your overall account, you must also cancel your subscription and close your account for MeisterTask. To do so: 

  1. Click Close Account.
  2. Fill out the form and tick one of the options. (You might have to choose a sub-option.)
  3. Tick I accept loosing all my data forever and irreversibly.
  4. Click Close Account.
  5. Click OK.

You have now successfully deleted your account. You will not be able to log in anymore.
