To cancel your MindMeister or MeisterTask subscription, go to your account settings under Plans and select Cancel Subscription—your account will downgrade to the free Basic plan at the end of your billing period.
To delete your Meister account, cancel all paid subscriptions first, wait until the end of your paid subscription period, then scroll to the bottom of the Plans page and click Close Account to permanently remove your data.
How to cancel or delete: It depends on your plan
The process to cancel your subscription or delete your account depends on your current plan. Users on the Basic plan can delete their account immediately, while Personal, Pro, or Business users must first cancel their subscription before account deletion is possible.

Cancellation
After cancellation, your account will be downgraded to Basic, and you’ll lose access to paid features once the billing period ends.
To confirm your subscription has been cancelled, go to your account settings and click on Plans. If your plan status shows as Basic or indicates the end date of a paid plan, your cancellation was successful and will take effect at the end of the billing period.
Delete account
Once you close your account, all your personal data is permanently deleted from Meister systems. For legal reasons, certain data may be temporarily retained and deleted at a later date.
To check if your account has been closed / deleted, try logging in at mindmeister.com. If the deletion was successful, you will not be able to log in, and your email address will no longer be recognized in the system.
